I Believe My Kids’ Names Should Reflect My Values, So Meet Panera and White Silence

I’ve always been a name buff. In my family, we all have R-names (shoutout Rita, Roger, Randi, and Rotarie!) So I knew my own children deserved names that were extra special.

When it comes down to it, broccoli cheddar and passive complicity are just… me! My littles won’t be afraid to tell the world what they are all about, and with Mom’s help, they won’t even have to!

When I first met Dear Hubby in our dorm days, we’d sit by the window with a bread bowl, watching the campus protestors march by. You could feel the tension in the air – this was when girls were just starting to talk about cutting down on carbs. Salad or soup, I knew this was the man I’d someday be extremely territorial about, potentially even on a cul-de-sac!

So I locked him down, and now we have our beautiful offspring, Panera and White Silence! I know, aren’t their dresses just darling? WS is a bit of a tomboy, hence the camouflage print bow. I have 200 more just sitting in my garage if you’re interested. Not today? Oh, okay…maybe tomorrow, I’ll send you a Facebook message, amigo chica!
